Refund policy

Returns are subject to the following restrictions:

1. You must contact us within 3 calendar days after you receive the product.

2. The product must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered.

3. The product must be delivered in the same packaging.

4. The product must be returned to our premises on the agreed date.

5. We do not offer returns on customized products.

6. We do not accept returns on sale or discount products.
